About Hike

We're an AI career intelligence platform based in Manchester. The problem we're solving is doomjobbing: the exhausting, algorithm-chasing cycle of endlessly tweaking a CV, firing it into a black hole, and hearing nothing back. It's become the default experience of trying to get into work, and it's broken young people's trust in the whole process. Hike is the honest alternative. No fake verification badges, no "AI says you're 94% hireable" theatre. Just evidence-led career support that tells someone the truth about where they stand and what to do next, backed by tools like Job Fit Analysis, Career Health Check, and Sherpa, our AI career coach. Ready to go today. Nobody gets left behind.
