I am an HR Systems specialist and CIPD qualified HR professional with 4 years of experience implementing, training, and optimising HR technology across complex, multi-site organisations. I have led end-to-end system implementations, designed and delivered training programmes across platforms including SuccessFactors, Recruitee, and service ticketing systems and built the kind of trusted relationships with managers and employees that actually make adoption stick.
