When you can predict an arrival to the minute across three hundred miles, in crosswinds, without GPS, a quarterly forecast holds no fear. I believe the best insight comes from observing something every single day until you know it better than it knows itself. My career has been built on early starts, meticulous record-keeping, weather-adjusted forecasting and the kind of loyalty that always comes home. I'm passionate about mentoring, having developed more than two hundred junior team members from the very beginning of their careers, and I remain calm under pressure, as anyone who was there in 2007 will confirm.
